Please note that as a Brewery, you are only approved to bring Beer and Seltzer products.
Submitting your application for the Burning Foot Beer Festival does not guarantee a table or multiple tables. The festival has a limited number of available spaces, and therefore, all applications will be reviewed upon receipt. The Lakeshore Brewers Guild will send a response to confirm the acceptance of your business’s application and the number of tables you will be provided by mid-April. Any questions regarding the acceptance of your application or the application itself should be directed to
[email protected]. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded at that time. If your application is accepted you will NOT receive a refund.
Lakeshore Brewers Guild will purchase a maximum of $500 in beverages for each table reserved by a participating business. Any business sending more than $500 in beverages per reserved table will be required to pay an additional table fee equal to the total amount of beverages sent in excess of $500. All participants will receive space under a tent for a booth, a 6’ table, 10 bags of ice, 2 brewery passes and 4 volunteer passes. You must provide your own volunteers. Passes grant entry to the Craft Beverage Hospitality Tent.
Following the registration, you will receive the “Beverage Listing and Purchase Registration” form to complete and send back via email. At that same time, you will receive logistical information about the festival.
